The Aqara Presence Sensor FP2 uses advanced millimetre-wave radar technology to detect human presence with exceptional accuracy, even detecting subtle movements whilst sitting or sleeping. Unlike traditional PIR sensors, the FP2 can monitor up to 40m² and divide your space into up to 30 distinct zones for truly personalised automation.
This intelligent sensor enables sophisticated smart home scenarios by tracking up to 5 people simultaneously across different zones in a single room. With its built-in light sensor, fall detection capability, and IPX5 water resistance, the FP2 delivers comprehensive monitoring whilst maintaining complete privacy through non-visual detection. Direct WiFi connectivity means no additional hub is required for HomeKit, Alexa, or Google Home integration.
